Attorney Diamond Recently Recognized as a "Top 100" Trial Lawyer

When it comes to criminal trials, not every lawyer has what it takes to serve as an effective advocate for the criminally accused and a fierce opponent to prosecutors. David D. Diamond, however, has proven himself he is a top-tier trial attorney. He has recently joined The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group that recognizes the most qualified 100 trial attorneys in each state (or within certain listed regions). The organization specifically recognizes lawyers who practice criminal defense and civil plaintiff law. Mr. Diamond is a highly accomplished lawyer who has had his fair share of experience in the courtroom. He has served as a litigator in more than 3,500 misdemeanor and felony cases.

According to The National Trial Lawyers, both peer nomination and third-party research are used to determine who will be invited to become a member of the organization's Top 100 Trial Lawyers group. Those who are up for consideration get evaluated in many different areas, such as past settlements and verdicts, membership and leadership in state and national lawyer organizations, professional reputation, board certifications for trial lawyers, etc. Only the trial attorneys with the highest qualifications have the privilege of being included as members of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.

Attorney Diamond is certified by the State Bar as a criminal law specialist. He has been listed four years in a row (2009-2012) in Super Lawyers® Rising Stars, an honor that is given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state. Mr. Diamond has handled all types of criminal cases. One of his high-profile cases was the one pegged by the media as the "Bling Ring" case, which occurred after the homes of multiple celebrities were burglarized. The seasoned attorney serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice for National University, as well as an associate adjunct professor of law in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program at Southwestern University School of Law.
