Our office handles
felonies, misdemeanors & infractions. A felony is basically any crime punishable by over one year incarceration in the state prison and a misdemeanor is up to a thousand dollars in fines and less than or up to 1 year in county jail.
The biggest difference obviously being a misdemeanor you are punished in county jail, and a felony in state prison, which are two completely different facilities.
We handle everything from
domestic violence to
drug crimes to
sex crimes,
murder, arson,
restraining orders, and
expungements. As well as
driving under the influence, which is it's own area of specialty. We handle infractions as well, although most of the time, as I mentioned earlier, an attorney is not needed for infractions, unless it's something more severe such as driving on a suspended license or something of that nature.
We as a firm, and me personally, handle infractions, all misdemeanors and all felonies.
